Medical Neurohumanities: Sharing Insights from Medicine, Neuroscience and Music in Pediatric Care
Neurohumanities has long been debated yet seldomly applied in medicine, and its relationship with music (i.e. therapy, psychology, neuroscience, special education) has scarcely received attention in related research.
Developing a common and shared lexicon, where neuroscience, technological innovation, paediatrics, and healthcare intersect will contribute to a deeper understanding of mechanisms underlying music interventions in the clinic and beyond.
We welcome original research as well as (mini) reviews, brief research reports, perspectives, clinical trials, case reports and opinion articles.
